This an ongoing leadership position in your company, usually for 1–3 days a week. Without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. As CxO, I work side by side with you, embedded in your leadership team.

As a fractional CMO, I’m your part-time senior marketing executive, focussing on cleaning up strategy, improving team alignment, and streamlining execution.

Interim and project-based roles are normally 3-4 days per week. Cracking, critical projects that demand leadership and execution to support agencies and inhouse teams.

You define the project or challenge, I execute with your team, agency and/or freelancers pool. Together we’ll iron out the definition of success, timelines or assemble a team of freelancers.
